My hubby surprised me at work w/ these glorious roses to celebrate our 25th anniversary.  I was keeping them in the fridge at night at work, but finally brought them home to enjoy as well.  Still looking for my ring, no one has the one I want and I am afraid I just won't settle for anything but the exact ring I want...

Congratulations on your Silver Wedding takn - that's a big one!   Are you going somewhere special to celebrate - I hope so?  It's a very special anniversary and you can pat yourselves on the back.

Yes emily, we did something special...we got a quick hug and kiss in my office before he headed back to his shop for his mandatory OT and I went to my crew meeting...(we're going to go to the stock car races this weekend, that's pretty special for us as it's how we spent our first date, at stock car races)...
 
Mud, we just bought new flatware and dishes...the roses mean much more as they were a complete surprise...
