Smoked Ham
Spinach and Corn Bread
Corn
Potato Salad
Apple Pie
Sweet Potato Pie
 
Drinks  Coffee, Green Tea, Milk, Cola... water....
 
Sorry no macaroni and cheese... half of it gets to the table anyway... so... sparing myself...lol
 
Potions are the clue.. eat just enough but not too much... afterwards to settle it all down, your system that is...take a walk....
 
Raining here cats and dogs... feel like I have a moat around the house...can't figure that out yet... it maybe that he house is sinking or something... I don't know why water surrounds this house this much....I don't want a profession solution cause it's not worth all that...I just stopped the water in the basement and that's all I care about....

And a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving to you too...
 
We're having roast turkey
roasted yams and a small portion of candied yams for hubby
stuffing
green salad
raw veggies (carrots, celery, radishes)
pickles and black olives for the boys
 
cranberry mousse
and apple pie for dessert...
 
We always open a bottle of sparkling cider....
 
I hope everyone has a wonderful, safe day...
 
It's finally stopped snowing, the temps are back up in the 30s and now it's starting to rain...

Happy Thanksgiving to you all.  I have just a minute while the turkey is roasting.

Sausage Rolls
Avocado, Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Roast Turkey/stuffing/gravy
Fresh cranberry sauce
roasted potatoes
Green Beans
Brussel Sprouts
Mince Pies/ Whipped Cream
Trifle
 
Drinks - Oregon Riesling, Cream Sherry, Tea and Coffee.
 
I am so thankful to be warm, well fed and have loving family and friends.  I wish you all these blessings.

homemade cranberry sauce
cornbread dressing
giblet gravy
homemade wheat rolls
black olives
pumpkin pie
and My special gift, My Mom's coconut cheese pie!

Over ate, but Happy!

I have to say, there's not too much better than a homemade turkey sandwich after Thanksgiving...
 
Last night we made turkey chef salads w/ all the leftover relish tray goodies and some freshly boiled eggs...today, I found Tillamook vintage white cheddar at the store and am now proceeding to indulge in a turkey sandwich w/ miracle whip and mustard...yum, yum, yum...
