Well, I doubt they are from Communist China since they only have things that are stolen from us and we don't have things like that yet.

It is not aliens. It might not even be real objects at all or been real but data totally misread to give false impressions. They key word is unidentified. And if spacefarring aliens did exist, we would have seen evidence by now. Even at sublight they would have spread across the whole galaxy by now and would have been obvious. But no signs, no evidence. He might as well have said it might have been god.

I've told story far too many times, so here is the ultra short version. I, my mother, and one of my friends had a UFO pretty much hover over our heads no more than 50 feet above our tree top. It was BIG, it was SILENT, it had several portholes at the middle top and it circled my township and hovered past me, my mom, and my friend a second time. We saw it twice. Police phones were off the hook, and Detroit news stations chided that "Swamp Gas" has come to Michigan.  This was around 1964.
 
So, I do know UFO's exist, are real, and that kind of craft would have been IMPOSSIBLE for any earth country to have created at that time.
Call it Swamp Gas if that relieves your fears. But I know better.

What craft? No proof anything real was seen at all, and there are explanations for the supposed high speed, if what was sen was at the right altitude it could have been slow moving but looked fast due to parallax.

As for what you saw, I am sure it was amazing, but just because you can not explain it does not make it aliens.

The evidence I mean is something identified, not something unidentified. We'd see signs , like dyson swarms around stars, or stars getting mined, or excess heat produced from all the energy they'd be using, or other signs that someone is doing something that is clearly not nature.

Given the limitations of speed in space travel, and the location of the nearest viable planetary system, it would take more than a hundred years to reach Earth.  Perhaps an unoccupied drone could reach Earth, but it would not behave so erratically.

So the most obvious answer is that whatever it is, it is most certainly from Earth.

The unknown craft have demonstrated abilities that contradict what we know about physics!

Obviously humanity needs to learn a great deal more!
