Doesn't matter if it's legal or not. The FMSCA still says any holder of a CDL can't have any THC in their system.

apparently, so-called conservatives are for making things illegal, arresting people, prosecuting people, convicting people and putting them in prison...but don't want to pay the taxes to do so.

I am more concerned how it came to be illegal in the first place.  Properly done, it takes an amendment to the Constitution, like everyone understood with alcohol.  Improperly done, we have illegitimate laws for people to argue about, and individual states to disregard.
