How is the weather out there? I'm seeing damage from snow storm on TV.

It's been wild!  We lost more trees, luckily we suffered little damage personally, but as of this morning, there are still some 20000+ without power all around us.

Good to hear!  Several of my friends and some family have had their power out , and damage.  A big tree fell on one's house, but the trunk did make contact, the branches broke the new deck rail he just put in last year.  Hemet's weather has been boring.  One rain of about .2 of an inch.  What snow fell in the mountains is no longer visible.  A 55 plus community can be very boring with every thing closed and social listing.  We did lose a neighbor to corvid. 
Hope you are all staying healthy and well.  My brother and a cousin are now in isolation with it.  Two cousin survived it, but say they don't feel as well as they once did.  Another cousin died in Kentucky. 
Riverside County is now vaccinating 65 and older and school teachers.  Still waiting in a line for an hour has n0 appeal to me.

We seem to be getting hit every other week or so with a nasty storm.  Just get cleaned up from one, and then.......

I'd take a little boring right now.  LOL

Good to hear Taken, hopefully no damage to your house. I get my first covid shot this week.
And yes... a 55+ neighborhood is boring these days.

It will be months or more before the hubby and I would even qualify for a shot.  WA state is so far behind on the covid shots, although the governor did manage to ensure prison inmates got them before senior citizens or healthcare workers.

We just wear our masks, wash our hands a lot, stay away from people and only go to work and essential shopping...or take drives in the truck...

I have members of the family who have been trying to get theirs (older siblings) and they are really struggling as the methods to get a reservation or on a multitude of injection site lists is staggering.

I suspect our company will be requiring them at some point, we're okay with waiting and letting those older and in more compromised health get theirs first.  I'm not 60 yet, so it will be a while for me anyway.
