Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

I recommend always having a bottle of water handy, at least one unread book, possibly two if they are short, know exactly where the restrooms are, and take the smallest purse you have, one that can fit in a lunch bag (if you are in a court that does not offer lunchroom service) and always, always, always, if you DO take your regular purse...ensure you've cleaned it out.  They go through absolutely everything.  I remembered, just as the guard was checking mine, that I still had my magnifier, tape measure and folding knife in a pocket...I told him, he opened the zipper pocket, then gave me the opportunity to return to my car to empty the purse of its "contraband", while the kind deputy stood by and nodded, and said, please come back through the same line.

Sitting for a long time hurts my back and legs, so if you have issues, tell the clerk first, that you need to stand frequently and wear comfortable shoes, no matter what.  After duty today, I headed to Kohls.  leather is not my thing anymore...sad, but true...too tight on the bunions.

Good to know taken. I would not have thought to dump my purse out before going.  I don't think I could sit that long. I have nerve pain on my right side when I sit too long.

I never want to do jury duty... cause... I just don't want to hear it...don't read the news, don't listen to the happening unless it has something to do with "The Walking Dead and the weather reports...that's real... may do home improvement reality shows... everything else... well...

stopped voting long time ago....I just don't care....

was made to do jury duty here and every moment to me was a horror....judging folks is not what I do... I don't care what folks do...it's their personal choice and I let Jesus be the judge on that day....

keep in mind... there is so much illegal activities done here... getting caught sends you to jail with a slap on the wrist....more criminals here just don't get caught....so why waste my time listening to the crapola...

hey that's my opinion....

it's your civic duty... I guess...

if I had to do jury duty here... I may have a Bluetooth in my ear the whole time...that would make the time spent more enjoyable...lol

They don't allow any electronic devices, though that didn't stop at least 3 people in our jury pool yesterday.  It's the law that you not use any outside contact, as you are essentially sequestered, while inside a courthouse.

I don't mind jury duty, it's inconvenient to me, I probably don't give a rat's ass about other people's issues that landed them in court in the first place, and we don't have strong enough laws to stop the majority of criminal activity...I would be much harsher.  But yes, it is our civic duty, because that is the only voice we've been given to try and right the ship.

I told them when they wanted me to do jury duty.... fine if they gave me a taxi ride to and from... offer disable accommodations... meaning the chair I can sit in... that's real...

and offer me to stretch every 30 minutes so that I don't become stiff... that's real...and have an ambulance at bay just in case they can't do it.... sorry my arthritis is all that and some....

I'd have to get a doctor's note...

If you really don't want to do your jury duty and you're hoping to get excused, when it comes to the voir dire, tell them that you believe in the ultimate punishment if you get the chance.  A friend of ours who has since passed away was on the Sirhan, Sirhan jury and they were kept in a hotel overnight and his wife couldn't contact him at all.  Sadly his father died back east during the trial so he couldn't finish and he had to be escorted by the FBI to the airport so he could fly back for the funeral and he couldn't talk about any of it.

I was hoping to make it to voir dire so I could ask why wasn't there a death penalty for drug crimes because of the lives it ruined and if public executions were allowed in our county so I could sign up to watch...and then wait to see how quickly they would dismiss me, LOL
