I have no reason to. Neither do you. Neither of us are running for a public office with a salary paid by the taxpayer, or a position where we shape the laws.

However, TRUMP NEEDS TO. The public has a right to know his trustworthiness.  "Believe me" is not sufficient.

He is asking for an office of public trust and expects you to just "trust" him at his word, even though he's a proven pathological liar.

If he's a proven liar, as you say, then especially what difference does it make what's on his tax return, anyway?  You're already convinced.  And, no, the public does NOT have a right to know what's on Trump's tax return.  There is a very good reason for that.

If I run for president... or ANY public office.... I will be glad to release my returns.  It's the ethical thing to do.
 
Why won't Trump release his records now that he's running?  For years, he promised that he would, and he as demanded it from every other candidate including Mitt Romney.  Now, all of a sudden, he has flip-flopped his stance.

Trump's returns are undergoing an IRS (DNC) audit this year being the 15th of 15 years worth of audits!

Why do you want pre-audit returns instead of post audit returns?

Poor health does not disqualify a candidate. Legally, neither does not disclosing tax returns. I have to wonder which is more important to undecided voters. I suspect The Donald would come out on the short end of that stick.
