Just curious Baretta, how is dropping a requirement (which by the way does not exist) tells you how Hispanics are going to vote?  You might as well use tea leaves Baretta.  But why would you need any of that anyway.  Chump ain't going to get any Hispanic votes and you don't need some non-existent requirement to know that.
