I loved Shirley Temple.  I used to tap dance pretty well and I wanted to be just like her.  Can't get enough of the old Shirley Temple movies.  Sadly she passed away in 2014 at 86.

All this is done in one full take.  Who knows how many times it took them to do it, still this entire scene is one take and it was perfect. Todays actors need to be reminded of lines and stances every 30 seconds.
