I woke up this morning thinking about your storm.  So glad you still have power and those pics are great.   Maybe you can shove that mound of snow away from your door from the inside before it freezes solid but don't go out there if you're on your own.

I got out but it wasn't easy...made a chair on the deck...and it's gone now.

I'm still laughing at your chair, sun - don't try sitting on it when the snow starts to melt.  I would have thought you would have made a big snowman and dressed him in arty clothing.   I am so glad you have power and can brighten our day!

just checked the weather station... you have until noon Sunday... Sunshine before it's over... but if you can you can keep up with the clean up so it don't get so hard by tomorrow...

New Jersey... got hit with cold flood snow water... may be sending donations that way... seriously... terrible... just can't imagine being in that mess... talk about your horror stories...

and the east coast is catching a lot of hell...  lot of it...

It is actually dangerous now so I have to wait until tomorrow. I got the deck cleaned off but a few more inches fell but that will be easy to do. Tomorrow I clean away from the gutters and start  on the driveway.  I usually work a few hours, rest a few , repeat, rinse, shovel...LOL... but we are still in blizzard mode. It hurts your face and it's sooooo cold.

The news is making a real fuss over it all because the media loves to create panic.  If people, in this day and age of technology are not smart enough to stay home and be prepared, then they are getting themselves into situations that they actually seem to want.  Those driving in this crap without the right gear, stupid...

You are better off just enjoying it from the comfort of your windows and not even worrying about cleaning the deck or the driveway...it will still be there tomorrow.

You can keep taking pictures of the beauty and not worry about all the idiots around you.

Nope...needs cleaned off before it turns to ice. My driveway is mostly shade in the winter months.
