A little harmless garden snake or a biter?  I wish I could say I liked snakes but I would never harm them.  The guy next door chops their heads off if he finds one in his yard and I really wish he wouldn't do it.  They have every right to be there.

Just a green garden snake. He was on that retaining wall under the fence.  He was around 2 foot long.
