Oh! Good Morning!

I am glad the temps are still low...but it's now cloudy.  We still have snow on the ground and ice everywhere, but it didn't freeze overnight. The clouds will ensure the sun doesn't beat down during the day and raise the shed temp too much.  The deer is still hanging in the shed and we want her to drain out more, but need the temps to rise just a little to let her finish draining and age the meat a bit more.  We want to butcher her this weekend.  So right now, it's 32 outside in the shed, but cloudy and the rain is on the way...
