Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Cassie dear...this Landlord is worse than getting root canal. She won't fix anything and I am not putting any more money into HER house. I know exactly wht needs to be done and she also knows as I had the plumber advise her to get it done...it's been 2 months since the toilet leaked. She just does not care.

This is me celebrating my last full week here...yippe!!!

The board stalker likes to make commentary to incite response and heightened controversy...it's his Viagra...

Don't indulge him...

You have done more for this landlord than most and will really gain nothing in return, except the satisfaction of your own comfort, and that is something...your new home will be a breath of fresh air...can't wait to see the finished product...

I can see why you rented the house sun - it has such a nice view, but then you found out, that was the total sum of it.  Won't be long now and you will not have to worry any more.

I didn't realize you lived that close to the water in your temp house Sun! How exciting for the big day coming up! Cassy the excite board speaking of excite has too much dirty cussing, I can see why you like it here on the Sunshine Coffee board, who wouldn't. Sweet, I'll never forget the post about your acres. Just can't remember exactly how many but it was wow...one or two hundred. Reminds me of some of my relatives in Canada tho don't think they have that many.

I believe that water service to a house has to have a minimum pressure and probably a maximum, as well.  It is the water company's responsibility.

It is the water company that needs to fix it but the Landlord has to deal with it to get it done.  She doesn't care about anything. I put so much money and back breaking work making it pretty outside. Mulch, dirt, pruning, hauled off 4 loads of nasty firewood, etc.  I painted baseboards inside and removed screws and nails and patched the walls from previous renters...I paid a tree trimmer $200 and also had the house power washed for her.  The neighbors are begging me not to leave because they know it will be trashed again.  But even with all the troubles here for the last 5 months, it served it's purpose. I did not have to put my stuff in storage ....$5-6,000 saved in that alone. It has a garage and hubby was able to set up his gym in there too.

You might want to contact the municipality's department of health or some other agency that advocates for the tenant.

If I were going to stay here, I would. But settlement on my new house is on Wednesday. I am tired of doing stuff for this woman who owns the house.

According to the neighbors, the previous ones did nothing. I know that for a fact because I had to hound her daily to get things fixed and I did...but she isn't doing the water. And  the ladies here saw the before and afdter of the yard..they did nothing before me.  She will be lucky to rent this thing out again if she doesn't do some upkeep.
