poor people often do not have driver's license because they don't have a car and can't afford insurance even if they do.  old people for the same reason, plus a lot of them are too old to drive and they know it and accept it.  this is just another hoop for the poorest, oldest and most easily messed with people in our country to jump through in order to vote- WHICH IS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.  where does it say in the constitution you have to have a photo ID in order to vote?  i thought you guys were all about if it's not in the Constitution, you can't pass a law making it happen...SHOW ME WHERE IT SAYS YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PHOTO ID BEFORE YOU CAN VOTE IN THE CONSTITUTION....

Very few don't have an ID, not enough to worry about, those that do have to survive and do business have ID's and want to vote in every voting place within driving distance from 6am to 7pm..sorry liberals are the lowest form of human on the planet, most are just animals and don't have a honest bone in their body...

If they buy food and give a check they have to have an id.! Just about everything nowdays requires you to have a valid id.!
