I see Elizabeth Lee McGovern was at the White House State Dinner honoring PM Cameron.

I didn't know that.  It's amazing how this series has revived her career.

I was just looking at the State dinner photos posted on Yahoo, and saw her.  Some other Brits as well, but I didn't check them out and none were as obviously Mary as she was.  She was pictures with a producer I don't really follow celebs that much, but he may have been some one you would know.

I waiting for the new season.  I seldom get so involved in a series.

Don - I don't know any of the others in those pics, except of course P.M. David Cameron and his wife, Samantha.  It's hard not to get addicted to Downton Abbey - it's my favorite of any series on TV, not that I watch a whole bunch anyway.

I like PBS, History Channel and Discovery Channel.  News and movies account for most of the rest of my TV watching.
I didn't know any of the others either, I couldn't even pick Cameron out of a lineup. 

I enjoy most of the Masterpiece Theater stuff.

Yes, movies and news are my cup of tea and I love Masterpiece Theatre too.  My guilty pleasure though is House Hunters - especially House Hunters International where people dig up their roots and start all over in another country.
