Why do democrats only fund poverty maintenance programs while putting regulations in the way of any entrepreneurial poor person trying to start a business?

I guess they want to fund their health care and education to keep doctors busy and schools full??   How nefarious of Democrats to tell us they want to do that to allow the poor to be healthy and educated for the work place

So which regulations is it that keeps the poor from getting good jobs?  OSHA regs to keep the workplace reasonably safe, EPA regs to keep the environment healthy so people don't get to sick to work?  Or is it minimum wage requirements for paying people over at least 8 bucks an hour

That is why the economy will not get better and the poor will remain poor so long as democrats are in charge!
