My Christmas salad

Okay mud...find something wrong with eating this.  I washed all the veggies with water to remove any salt from the canned items, run the fozen peas under water to thaw...do not cook, tossed together and added a few drops of  lite Italian dressing...very light.

That looks great...well, skip the garbanzos and I'm there...could you substitute a butter bean, I wonder?  I always found garbanzos too grainy tasting...
 
You could dress it up w/ a variety of dressings as well...
 
Thank you for sharing it, I might just give that a go for a holiday side dish...

You just leave out the garbanzas/chick peas if you want, no big deal. I love them. :-) Just go light on the dressing so you can enjoy the flavors.
