Baby sitting

I'm baby sitting Bandit till tonight. He got himself a girl friend named Abby already.  They went nuts rolling on the ground and running through the woods.

We made the mistake of visiting the local animal shelter yesterday...
 
It took me the rest of the evening to convince my husband it would be a mistake to get another cat...
I had to remind him that we wouldn't be able to take it camping with us, meaning we'd have to hire a kitty sitter and that with Ozzie's penchant for seek and destroy on the kitty roca trail, we'd have to invest in baby gates, separate food areas and everything again...
 
I love cats, but with this little guy around, all bets are off...

When we had a cat in our townhouse we wanted to go away over night...just one night. We put the cat in the basement with two litter boxes and plenty of food. It was cooler down there..what could possible go worng? It was declawed when we got it so it had to stay inside.. That darn cat chewed every pad on hubby's very expensive gym..every single pad had to have electric tape on it to cover the cuts it made with it's teeth. I don't even think it was 24-26 hours that we were gone.

Bandit is such a cute dog and I bet he loves being baby sat by you, sun.  Your place must be one big adventure for him.
