Precisely sunshine.  I love Pam...I use it for everything, even oven fried chicken...
 
I have 172 cholesterol and yes, my good ch is good and my bad is low...but I don't remember those numbers.
 
All things in moderation of course.  I even enjoy bacon and sausage once in a while...
 
My usual breakfast fare is a cup of coffee and bowl of Special K or Raisin Bran or a banana and yogurt...I hate breakfast, but golly gee whiz, a fried egg hits the spot every now and again...

sopps...my results say I have a negative heart attack ratio. I am good to go! My numbers are all excellent.
