No thanks, eggs are loaded with cholesterol. Whole Grain Cereal ,Juice and an English Muffin.

The incredible edible egg is the perfect food when eaten in moderation. Although you chose whole grain, unless it is 100% whole grain, it's not as healthy as having  protien with a balanced meal. Juice is full of sugar.

Used to make my hubby fried egg sandwiches all the time to take up in to the woods w/ him...good protein to keep you going...

My cholseterol is 168 total and I eat eggs when I want. I don't eat fried food, my eggs are cooked with Pam.
