OK ... Wisconsins budget deficit is 3.6 over the next 2.5 years (mid 2013 by Walkers own calculation) so,  3.6 /2.5  = 1.4 billion  for 1 year
 
Texas (by your own figures stretchidiot)  = 1 year deficit is 13.5
 
13.5/1.4 = 9.6 times greater  (no collective bargaining)
