I feel that two consenting adults have the right to a relationship, but MARRIAGE should and must remain between one man and woman because physiologically, it's meant to be that way...
 
Relationships of same sex can have the rights of financial, guardianship, beneficiary, without needing to call them "marriages"...
 
But these relationships must also bear the same legal obligations as married couples...and we have not seen those obligations addressed either...

The individual mandate is so critical to the design of the law that it cannot be struck down in isolation.

that the individual mandate must be viewed not as a stand-alone reform but as an essential part of the law Obama signed 11 months ago.

The ruling of U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson, in Richmond, Va., ruled the individual mandate is beyond the historical reach of the Commerce Clause and is unconstitutional.

If gas is the only concern the demo's have, as far as the 2012 election.  That's nothing.  You Repubs had better start thinking about all the union members who just lost their bargaining powers.  Do you think they will vote Repub.  How about all the  people who may loose Government Services.  Do you think they will vote Repub.  Or how about the unemployed Government Workers who may lose their jobs.  Do you think they will vote Repub. 
 
Yes cuts are needed, but the Repubs are going about it the wrong way.  To much to fast to soon.
