Tried those drinks didn't do anything for me....nothing !

I don't drink coffee or coke. 2 "sips" of 5 hour is enough for me and it's not every day anyway. I don't smoke or drink ever...so if this is my tiny vice, it's not gonna kill me.

Energy drinks have their place but not with a steady diet. I use 5 hour occasionally on long rides and when I know I have three or more hours to go, but I don't think I've ever had more than 4 in one year. The trick with the energy drinks, as almost everything else, is to use them sparingly so your body doesn't get used to them. That way they'll always give you the kick you need, when you need it.
