Stop it Mud... and you know that's not true... I've been doing so much here and with the time changing soon and the darkness... I'm catching a lot more rest then I've done all summer... that will change... and I've started walking 4 miles again.... daily.... don't want the winter months to turn me into something or someone that can't move anymore.... that would kill me...
