I'm getting ready to get out in it and have some fun...maybe I'll take my camera if I don't forget it and post some pics of here....
 
Sun is out and no rain... I'm happy....finally....

Oh!   One other thing.... marigolds are stupid... they love the temps here... and zinnia bit the dusk... and crazy as it seems roses are still blooming... how can that happen?

Getting ready to clean all of it up soon... maybe I'll go out and get some springs bulbs and plant them today.... Ground has not frozen yet...

And here, it's chilly this morning, the heat even came on...but I heard the weather magicians say we'll see 68 degrees this afternoon.
 
As long as it doesn't snow and freeze up here, I'm good.  With a new driver in the family and a commute filled with hills and expressways and people who don't know how to drive on them, I hate winter out here.

I have it 58 inside the house.....I hate donating money to the gas company. My zinnias bit the dust last night too.

I just got back from driving into the city and I have never seen it so beautiful as today - clear and a sparkling 70 degrees.  The trees on every street and around the State Capitol were every color from green, mustard, orange and deep red and from the highway on the way back home Mount Hood and Mount Jefferson stood out in the distance in triangular beauty of bright white snow defining the Cascade range.   This was my volunteer day to drive and the scenery really lifted up the spirits of my passenger.
