Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is leading an 18-state lawsuit against the Biden administration over its handling of the border crisis.

The lawsuit specifically focuses on a new policy called the “Circumvention of Lawful Pathways,” which the Department of Homeland Security says intends to “expand safe and orderly pathways for migrants to lawfully enter the United States.” The rule was put in place following the expiration of Title 42 in early May and led to a massive influx at the southern border that the Biden administration has struggled to contain.

The lawsuit argues that the policy, which is also referred to as the Circumvention Rule, does not attempt to resolve the border issue but rather “tries to define the problem away by re-characterizing what would be illegal crossings as ‘lawful pathways.’”

It also claims that the Circumvention Rule is “a half measure and a smoke screen” that is “riddled with exceptions” before going on to charge that “it is part of the Biden Administration’s broader effort to obfuscate the true situation at the Southwest Border.”

The lawsuit specifically charges that the purpose of the Circumvention Rule is to encourage “an increasing number of migrants’ to use the CBP One app to make bogus asylum claims, all while avoiding the bad optics of crowds of illegal aliens” lining up along the border.

“In a truly Orwellian twist, the federal government has depicted this latest measure as a tool for reducing illegal immigration,” Rokita said in a press release. “This new rule would make it even easier to illegally immigrate into the United States.”

Rokita also pointed out that the border has seen record numbers of illegal crossings.

“We’re now seeing more than 10,000 illegal border crossings occurring within some 24-hour periods,” he said. “These are the highest numbers ever, and a large portion of these people are hardened criminals and cartel members. We cannot long endure this kind of invasion.”

While the effort is being led by Rokita, the other states that have joined the lawsuit include Tennessee, North Dakota, Alaska, Mississippi, South Carolina, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Virginia, New Hampshire, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

A recent poll from CBS News found that 63% of Americans disapprove of the Biden administration’s handling of the border, while 37% say they approve.

Let me guess.  These are all states run by inbred Republican N Word commies?

You inbred Republican N Word monkeys created the border problem and have never even offered a way to fix it.  So why not just fuck yourself and let Americans do their job?

Surely there are some queers out there that you can harrass Commie Curtis.

Of course, they are GOP states.

And once again, the courts with throw out their base-less lawsuits,
because there is no "meat" to them.

No proof, no evidence, no witnesses, just accusations based on rumors and wishful thinking!
