As one person interviewed said, generally you can only be arrested on felony charges of this sort, if the felony was in the commission of another felony, so only misdemeanor charges would be warranted anyway...and it's a stretch to say there is even a case for misdemeanor charges.

But whatever, just get it over with!  It's been what 7 years now of chasing this guy.  What a supreme waste of time, all because he poked the liberals in the eye.
