Yup, you read it right.  A Repocon feels he is too good to answer anymore questions about his personal life.  Or maybe he is just embarrassed by his personal life?

Who in their right mind would vote for someone who is embarrassed about their personal life?

Isn't it Repocons who say that a person's background is critical to their candidacy?
Isn't it Repocons who say that a person's character is just as important as their stance on the issues?

What does it say when a Repocon refuses to answer questions about his character and background?

Joe Miller, the Republican nominee for Alaska Senate, informed the media yesterday that he will not answer a single personal question until the election is over.
Miller confirmed at a press conference Monday that members of the media "gained access" to his confidential personnel file from the Fairbanks-North Star Borough--the municipal governing body for Fairbanks and surrounding communities--where Miller worked as an attorney. "Whoever leaked it, clearly violated the law," Miller said. Then, he put his foot down.
We've drawn a line in the sand. You can ask me about background, you can ask about personal issues — I'm not going to answer. I'm not. This is about the issues. This is not about continuing the personal attacks, it's not about continuing the diversions based in illegal acts. This is about moving the state forward. And that's our commitment.

Yeah, privacy is a great thing, BUT when someone takes welfare -- like Miller did -- and then runs on a platform to take the same kind of assistance away from others? 

Then the personal prolapses into the public.

When someone takes welfare while earning a high-figure salary -- like Miller did -- then his so-called private life becomes a public matter, and should be the focus of a public investigation!

Sore loser Lisa Murkowski can't run on her liberal record.  So she is trying to detract attention from those issues by attacking Joe Miller personally.
 
Joe Miller simply said he's not going to play her game anymore.  He wants this Senate race to be based on the issues that affect this country, not on how much he paid for a fishing license 15 years ago.
 
TARP and Cap and Trade will cost Alaska a hell of a lot more money than a fishing license.  It seems to me that we should be talking about that, don't you agree?
