The end of January already?

I swear time goes by faster and I just get slower, LOL
Only 49 days till Spring...

About to get a snowstorm tonight.  Some say 4-8, some say less and one says 9-10. I'm betting on 3inches. Ready for spring!

I need a dry day that is not bitter cold to get my tree trimming done...I have been under the weather and can't risk losing time at work, so I don't want to be outside, soaked to the bone and chilled...can't afford to get sick. 

I am ready for Spring as well!

Thank you, I've been fighting the daily stuffed head and headaches from wearing a mask, and have a nagging backache that interrupts sleep, so I'm tired all the time.  No get up and go at all, LOL

Been gone awhile and sorry to hear you've been sick takn.  My daughter has been staying with me and we both got tested positive for Covid 19 around January 12th.  Really didn't need that but figured our contact was our youngest grandson who came up from San Francisco to stay with us.  Luckily we all had mild cases - no worse than a winter cold bug and our quarantine is over.  Best part was I got to keep my daughter with me longer.  My brother in the UK had a very bad case of the Covid and I prayed we wouldn't lose him.  He has been in the hospital over a month and he fought it all the way and now finally off the ventilator but still has brain fog.  We are hoping to hear he will be going home soon now.

I hope you're all doing good and that 2021 will be a better year than this past one.  I have a lot to deal with after losing my husband on January 1 but I am coping and not making any moves or changes for the time being.

Thank you both takn and sun.  My daughter will be going home at the end of next week and I'm truly grateful for the length of time she has given me.  I will stay where I am for the time being but I know the full realization of loss will be just around the corner.

You've always been active though, so perhaps you can resume some of your volunteer work.  Spring is just around the corner as well, so the sun will be a welcome friend.
