Actually they've been working on this approach for the last decade.

If Trump hadn't let it get so BAD, they would NOT have had so many people willing
to act as Guinea Pigs for the early trials.  Since it WAS so BAD, PLENTY of people

untested vaccine ahead of time.

Do you even know what Operation Warp Speed was?  It was a program to streamline regulation for vaccine development and assist in funding it.

Given the fact that vaccines normally take 10-15 years to develop, and Operation Warp Speed got not one, but two Covid vaccines to market in less than a year, how can you call that a “cluster fuck?”  How long do you think it should have taken to develop if you think it was so bad?
