A trove of Zoom calls, handbooks, and documents was leaked Sunday that reveal the extent to which left-wing activists and federal workers are making plans to disrupt the federal government, including shutting down the White House and Congress, in a report published by CD Media.
Two websites were created to house the footage and the documents, SunriseExposed.com and ExposeSunrise.com. CD Media reports that all content has been passed on to the police and that the websites will be updated regularly over the next 24 hours with more documents, videos, and images.
The leaker was a “disaffected insider” of the far-left Sunrise Movement, which was founded in 2017 and has legal nonprofit status.
Within the trove of leaked documents and footage is “a well-coordinated plan to shut down federal buildings (including the White House), public transportation portals, and disrupt Congress when it returns post-election.”
The video below depicts federal workers on a Zoom call discussing “actions and decisions” within their “immediate spheres of influence” and revealing that what they’re engaging in is in fact a coup d’etat. One woman discussed preparation for the possibility that various left-wing activist groups will cross “red lines” and to “think about different actions that can be taken well beyond street protests and demonstrations, kind of sustained organizing and action.”

The Justice Department has approved the use of armed agents in order to investigate voter fraud claims, according to a report published by the New York Times.
Although some think there is a statute that appears to prohibit this, it only does so for Election Day, according to an early Wednesday morning memo from the DOJ.
Richard Donoghue wrote that the statute “does not prevent armed federal law enforcement persons from responding to, investigate, or even prevent federal crimes at closed polling places or other locations where votes are being counted.”

Who determines the outcome of the presidential election in a given state? Governors? Secretaries of state or boards of election superintendents? The courts? Fox News' decision desk? Nope. The president wins a state when electors selected by state legislatures conduct a vote in their respective states on Dec. 14. Thus, ultimately, according to the Constitution, the state legislators wind up serving as the kingmakers in a disputed election.

The Constitution, in Art. I, §4, cl. 1, gives state legislatures the power over the times, methods, and procedures of elections and provides no "public health emergency" exception that enables governors or judges to override them and create a new system for elections. At its core, this is why we have such post-election chaos, and it was by design – set in motion for years by the courts and crystalized over the past few months by using COVID-19 to remake the in-person voting electorate into a postal ballot free-for-all, in what Justice Gorsuch described as the greatest judicial intervention in elections in 230 years.

   Art. II, Sec. 1, §2 of the Constitution stipulates that "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct" the electors to vote for president. The Constitution gives Congress the authority to set the date of that vote, which, pursuant to 3 U.S.C. §7, is the Monday after the second Wednesday in December of presidential election years. This year it is Dec. 14.
   
Notice how the Constitution specifically gives the job of choosing electors to the legislature, and unlike with standard legislation, there is no shared jurisdiction or responsibility with the governor, much less some random state or federal judge. Charles Pinckney, one of the signers of the Constitution from South Carolina, reiterated on the Senate floor on Jan. 23, 1800, how careful the framers were to cut Congress out of the process.

The Nevada Republican Party sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice on Thursday alleging thousands of examples of voter fraud.

“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” the Nevada Republican Party said in a statement. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”
Fox News reported that a Justice Department spokesperson confirmed to the network that the criminal referral was received and that “attorneys will follow the standard practice of investigating.”

James O'Keefe of Project Veritas has released an update on a USPS worker who is a whistleblower to alleged voter fraud in mail-in-ballots. This whistleblower previously wished to remain anonymous but now is willing to not only go public, but testify under oath.

“He is going to testify about the backdating of ballots in Erie, Pennsylvania, in a battleground state,” said James O’Keefe.
This refers to the allegation that USPS supervisors have instructed postal workers to continue to pick up ballots and intentionally postmark them as coming in on election day.
Richard Hopkins is the whistleblower and postal worker who is now willing to go public, although still hesitant in relation to the consequences of him doing so. Hopkins said, “I’m nervous. I am nervous because this is a big deal.”

Many Americans were prepared to wake up Wednesday without having a winner of the presidential election decided yet. Election officials had to count an unprecedented number of mail-in ballots due to COVID-19, so some delay was to be expected.
What many Americans were not prepared for was the confusion, uncertainty, and distrust that the country was plunged into.
Multiple states still are undecided, and the process of resolving this uncertainty turned nasty.
The position of Joe Biden and his supporters is to “count every vote.” President Donald Trump’s representatives, on the other hand, are calling for only legal votes to be counted.
The Trump campaign is reacting to accusations of corruption and fraud occurring in several key swing states, as well as reports in some areas that election officials refused to allow qualified GOP observers to observe the ballot-counting process.
These accusations prompted the Trump campaign to seek a recount in Wisconsin and to file lawsuits in Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
It’s an ugly development in an already ugly year, and it is making Americans across the country lose confidence in the election process. That is an absolute poison for the health of our democracy.
The reason our democratic republic has functioned as well as it has for the past 231 years is because of our trust in the electoral process.
When confidence in the election process disappears, confidence in the legitimacy of the government disappears with it. It is a very potent way to destabilize democracy.
That’s why adversarial nations use election interference as a weapon against democracies around the world.
The truth of what happened in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin remains to be seen. Given the unusualness of holding an election during a pandemic and the massive influx of mail-in ballots that come with it, it is eminently reasonable to take a closer look at the vote-counting process.

Republicans in Michigan said they are expanding their investigation into Dominion Voting Systems after a county-level counting error switched Republican votes to Democrat last week.
“Our team is currently reaching out to county clerks across Michigan as well as going through election results in each of the counties which use this software to see how widespread this error may be,” Tony Zammit, communications director for the Michigan Republican Party, told the Washington Examiner on Nov. 7.
Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox said in a news conference last week that 47 Michigan counties used software from Dominion in the same manner as Antrim County, where it was found that 6,000 votes were erroneously tabulated to Democratic nominee Joe Biden instead of President Donald Trump.
Michigan’s secretary of state office didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment regarding Cox’s claims.
“In Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000-vote swing against our candidates,” Cox said. “The county clerk came forward and said tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes.”
Cox added that the state’s GOP found that 47 of 83 counties use the same software.

A witness claims to have seen a Biden-Harris van bringing ballots to a counting center in Nevada, according to the Trump campaign.
                           
The witness said he went for a walk on his lunch break around the counting center and spotted a Biden-Harris van unloading boxes of ballots, said conservative activist Matt Schlapp at a press conference organized by the Trump campaign in Las Vegas
                           
“These people who were involved in this activity then decided to create a human shield around what they were doing in the van,” said Mr. Schlapp, who is chairman of the American Conservative Union.
The ballots were filled out and the envelopes were resealed, he said.
                           
It is the latest in a flood of allegations of vote tampering and fraud at the polls that the Trump campaign has pushed forward to contest election results project Democrat Joseph R. Biden will be the next president.
He said another witness said he flagged thousands of votes to his supervisor for issues but was instructed to process them anyway.
                                                                                       
“We now have thousands of examples of voter irregularity,” Mr. Schlapp said.

More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.
Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.
The state’s voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.
The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. The researcher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he consulted about the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are “impossible.”
The dataset made public by Pennsylvania’s secretary of state was last updated on Nov. 10, and “describes a current state of mail ballot requests for the 2020 General Election.” The data includes the mailed-out and return dates.
