If the VICTIM just THINKS the man poses a THREAT, then they can SHOOT them!

Especially since they have it on tape:
Ask man to back up.
Warn man NOT to come closer, especially since he is NOT wearing a mask.
Have no idea if man is contagious or not.
Man lunges forward, then coughs on them.
Lunges forward a second time and coughs again.

ALL of that taken in context could be seen as threatening,
especially if the man KNEW he was contagious.

And if he comes down with COVID in the next few days, his
entire defense of "I'm not sick" goes down the drain...
