Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Whitman campaigned on  the fact that EMPLOYERS should be FINED for hiring undocumented workers.  That is why she is getting flack.

The Whitman campaign posted documentsonline to back up those claims, which youcan see here.

John, I am angry that, when she did find out, she didn't immediately contact ICE and file a complaint against both Nikki and the agency that provided her.  It is that head in the sand, "I didn't want to cause any trouble" bullshit that continues to allow the exploitation of human labor with impunity by greedy employers!  The agency probably has gotten away with identity theft and fraud for years and that needs to stop.

If Allred wants to argue that we should allow more legal immigration, she should go for it.  But she can’t have it both ways:  if it was wrong for Whitman to have an illegal working for her, then it was right for Whitman to fire the illegal.

And if it was terrible of Whitman to fire her illegal maid, then what’s the beef with her employing the woman in the first place?

SACRAMENTO, Calif.—The agency that Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman used to hire her former housekeeper on Thursday defended itself, saying it followed standard procedures in requesting documents from potential employees and providing forms to employers.
The owners of Town & Country Resources, which has offices in Palo Alto and San Francisco, issued a statement after Whitman identified the agency she used.
Jens and Carrie Hillen said they bought the agency two years ago, years after Nicky Diaz Santillan started working for Whitman. Diaz Santillan has accused Whitman of knowing she was an illegal immigrant since 2003, but the former eBay CEO denies knowing her legal status until June 2009.
"As                                                                                                                                                      already reported, Nicky Diaz did fill out our standard candidate questionnaire. In that questionnaire, Nicky indicated that she was legally able to work in the United States," the Hillens wrote. "Further, Nicky provided us and our client with the documents that our client would need to complete the I-9 form as was their legal obligation as an employer."
Whitman said Thursday she does not recall what happened to the I-9 form.
"I'm not sure whether we signed it," Whitman said.
Whitman said repeatedly that she and her husband, Dr. Griffith Harsh, were shocked when Diaz Santillan, their housekeeper of nine years, came to them and confessed she was in the U.S. illegally in June 2009, nearly five months after Whitman had announced an exploratory run for California governor.
She said she immediately suspended her and later fired her.
