The REAL issue with SCOTUS nominees

Is that judges have stopped interpreting the law and judge based on a political bent, which is NOT why they should be chosen. We see Judge Roberts screwing us over Obamacare by allowing it to be labeled a "shared responsibility tax" to avoid the commerce clause forcing people to buy something they may choose not to otherwise, and then penalize you for not complying. That's some socialist bullshit that NEVER should have passed.

Nobody should share any responsibility for someone else's life choices. The fed has no place creating any health care plan when we have the free market. There are situations where aid should be provided based on a serious handicap preventing them from job related coverage if they can't work etc.

Democrats seek total control over us and we have seen the results of too much government which is against the constitution supposedly written to give the people control over them.
