This pastor is going to have a field day with the prosecutor.  Not only will the charges be thrown out on first amendment grounds, but he can file a civil rights lawsuit as well.

Bingo!  Our rights protect us from a tyrannical government.  It’s right now that we need our rights the most!  If we don’t stand up for them now, what good are they in normal times?  The government can just decide to violate anyone’s rights in the name of the public good unless we fight for our rights.
