Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

NRA sues California Gov and other state officials over gun store closures

The National Rifle Association and other gun owner groups are suing California Gov. Gavin Newsom and other officials after gun stores were deemed non-essential businesses and ordered to close during a statewide stay-at-home order to curb coronavirus infections.

The lawsuit seeks to have gun stores declared essential businesses. It was filed Friday by the NRA, a Los Angeles-area gun retailer, and other gun owner groups in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

In addition to Newsom, other defendants listed in the suit include California Department of Public Health Director Dr. Sonia Angell, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva, and Los Angeles County Public Health Director Dr. Barbara Ferrer.

Everyone should have the right to kill another person!

It is ESSENTIAL that I have the right to kill someone!

NRA wants to make sure that terrorists and criminals have access to guns 24/7.

New Jersey is also being sued for closing gun and ammo stores by the Second Amendment Foundation.  Connecticut and Illinois has said that gun stores are essential businesses.

California hasn't the authority to override the US Constitution no matter what that arrogant Democrat Newsom thinks!

Right on.  Now we just need the ACLU to sue California for violating the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments in their travel and association dictates.

I'm afraid that they do have the authority to temporarily close the gun stores.

I truly doubt the ACLU will sue as they are for the elimination of the Bill of Rights!

All that matters is the institution of a one party state under socialism!

I'm afraid that they do have the authority to temporarily close the gun stores.
Show me where in the US Constitution are they authorized to do so?

Frankly I am pleased that they have closed gun stores because the only people buying guns NOW are complete morons. Beside just drive into the ghetto's and you can pick one up with no problem.
