He Does It!

An engineer dies and goes to hell.  Dissatisfied with the level of comfort down there,
he starts designing and building improvements.  After a while hell has air conditioning,
flush toilets, escalators, etc.  The engineer becomes very popular but one day God calls
Satan and asks “How’s it going down there?”  Satan answers that things are great.  “We’ve
got air conditioning, flush toilets, escalators and there is no telling what else
the engineer will come up with.

God is horrified “What? You’ve got an engineer?  That’s a mistake-all engineers should
go to heaven.  Send him back up here”.  Satan says “No way.  I like having an engineer
on the staff.  I’m keeping him”.  God says “send him back or I’ll sue.

Satan laughs and says “Yeah, right.  Where are you going to find a lawyer?”
