Jose Carmona, 28, was booked into the Dallas County jail late Wednesday.

According to an arrest-warrant affidavit, Carmona's girlfriend told him that another man had taken a 9 mm Hi-Point handgun from his home in the
9400 block of Kerrville Street, near Scyene Road and North St. Augustine Drive, the afternoon of July 18.

Carmona later told police he was upset and wanted the gun back, so he and his girlfriend got in his red company pickup and gave chase as the other
man, 22-year-old Derek Portillo, fled on a bicycle, the affidavit says.

He and the girlfriend both said that Portillo may have fired two shots at them, and he said he ducked down in his seat, accelerated and swerved,
striking Portillo, according to the affidavit.

A leftist moron stole a firearm but didn't know how to use it then died because it never dawned on him the victim would be upset with him!

The thief was a moron whose death improved the gene pool greatly!

had to be a right wing gun puzzie...it was an illegal transfer of gun ownership, without a background check.  you know, the loophole that gun puzzies say doesn't exist.  hope the truck driver was charged with 1st degree murder.

only a gun puzzy would mourn the loss of another gun puzzy.
