Seriously, the district has money to reprint these books, but they constantly complain about budget shortfalls?

I had no idea this was a "racist" thing...and given the students "flashing" it are a variety of ethnicities,  seems to me someone let hysteria and not common sense decide the course of action.

Oak Park, in particular is very progressive in their community.  It adjoins one of the worst neighborhoods of the west side of Chicago.  They have advanced integration in their community since the 1970's.

By the way, the OK sign goes back a long way.  In almost all of the world, except the US, when someone is giving you the OK sign you are being called an asshole.  If the sign is near the lips it means you are an ass kissing asshole.

That is not the OK sign.  That is a thumbs up.  The OK sign is when you put your index and thumb together into a circle and raise your other fingers.  You members of The Base spend way too much time trying to make something out of nothing.
