the idea that these ladies emerged with their babies, sometimes only hours after giving birth, is certainly not one that should be heralded.  As the report says, it only started with Diana and she looked in pain, but I hope Harry and Meghan won't be chastised for their decision.  No one should have to be put on display that way.

Harry has never been one for the Royal protocol.  The baby might already have been born.
