Woman accidently runs into the man's car.  So instead of filing insurance, he pulls out his gun and DEMANDS she pay him for the damage!
Then, after a crowd gathered, one of them offered him $200 to beat her up, so he did!

In an armed America those with the bigger guns make the rules.

THIS is the America that the GOP wants for us.
