A human fetus is not a human being, your bogus argument notwithstanding.

A human being is a person, an individual, someone who was born alive and capable of surviving outside the womb. A person born with Downs Syndrome is a human being, an individual, a person, albeit a person born with physical and mental defects. However, neither an unborn human foetus nor an aborted human foetus is a person (human being). Using your flawed logic, an unborn child (a human embryo or human foetus) and even a stillborn child, would be counted in a census. But they aren't, because only living persons  (human beings/individuals) are counted in a census. Isn't that right, jim?
