I have no use for twitter, so I would have no use for mastadon. People spend too much time on all that crap anyway.

If right wingers abandoned Twitter, they would have no idea what to think and what message they want to show for the day.  They sit drooling in their pablum until they read Trump's hate speech of the day,  telling them who and what to fear for the day.

Don't use Twitter or Instagram, or Snapchat...

I have difficulty just using Facebook.

I would much rather return to a simpler life without technology's stranglehold...but at every turn, it increases its footprint into our lives.  I can't get my bills sent to me anymore because all the utilities want online billing and payment only...you actually have to "opt in" to get a paper bill.  Businesses don't want cash, they want you to scan your phone or pay with a credit or debit card...

If, or God forbid when, a major technology hack occurs, this world is screwed.
