Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

You know full well what I am talking about, Wvit!

Now murderers have nothing to fear from the legal system!

No death penalty in California with mandatory early release do to over crowding resulting from Democrats refusing to properly fund the prison system!

Democrats are determined to side with criminals against the law abiding!

most murderers don't fear the legal system at the time they are murdering someone.   There's no indication or evidence that capital punishment makes any difference in murder rates.

Well that is a lie!

Murderers in California are likely to spend less time in prison than Manafort!

There are three clear problems with Capital Punishment..

1)  the first being, innocent people can be executed.  and this is final...this is something you cannot take back.  there have been numerous documented cases, so this isn't some "outlier" rarity that many make it out to be.

2)  It's too expensive.  The court and mandatory appeal process is actually more expensive than incarcerating someone for life.  ( I didnt' believe this either when I first heard this)

3)  It takes waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too long to execute someone.

For example, it took over 15 years to execute Tim McVeigh.

The average stay on death row is over 5 years.

Dontblame,

Yup you're correct.   I was going off the from the date of the attack in 1995 to his execution in 2001.

So over 13 years on death row.

I'm not against the idea of killing someone for their actions,  but as an institution in this country,  its horribly inefficient
