Snow came in the night

All the passes are closed around here and it was starting to build when I took this pic early this morning to let Hannah out.

We got missed this time.  We still have about a foot left over from the big storms we had previously.

I am so done with winter....but then my body still needs time to rest. I am hurting.

Down in Eugene, OR, less than an hour's drive south from here, they got 10 inches today and this is where our snow is coming from - south of us.

I know what you mean by winter hurting, sun.  Can't wait for the warmer weather.

My sister said she got 18" overnight and a total of 36".  Oregon is getting what we had a couple weeks ago.  Mother Nature is really getting her revenge this year!

Saw on the news last night that an Amtrak train was stuck for hours with all its passengers as so many trees came down on the lines in the Eugene area. It was reported that at least another 24 hours before they could get out.  Also if they wanted food it was cash only, no credit cards.  They were making diapers out of table napkins for the babies on board.

Oh no!  They must have been in a remote area along the line.

Yes takn they were in the rural Oakridge area where a lot of trees fell down after the heavy snow.  They are still there but starting to inch slowly to a safe place where they can get off.

More snow coming our way this weekend. Yuk! But so thankful we have not had a lot like you guys.
