You can drive under the influence of Alcohol, Pot, and Drugs as long as you don't drive irratically, impaired, crazy and get caught.  If you get caught then you are driving under the influence.


Of course it is all about money.  The state that Pot is legal are making Billions that use to go to the Pot and Drug sellers.

Brighter than what you may thing gamey, BRIGHT ENOUGH to know the war on drugs was bullshit there was never any intentions of stopping the flow of drugs coming in, States and law enforcement was making to much money at that time also remember all then big fancy SUV'S  the police had the sign on the back said bought with drug money!

The local paper were full of drug arrests you would see some of the same names quite often were they paid a 3 to 5,000 fine and got probation, hell the judge knew they would be back. So why wouldn't states elect to feed the addicts their drugs, government reaps the benefits from drug addiction.
