Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Regarding my earlier secondary question, no one in my life is "unhealthily" over weight.

I mean my dad may be, but he's 83 and still can move around.

I guess my litmus test is this.  If I can't see my di*k when I'm urinating, that's the sign for me to lose some weight.
lol

no but seriously, If I can't do certain exercises that's when I know I need to get in shape.

God bless CrossFit btw

especially diet...
diet chemicals have been related to an over consumption of sugar/calories on the backside
pop is consumed at every meal
the analysis is too deep to go into

I my youth (60 years ago)I drank milk at every meal
I slugged down pop with my friends in my off time at the local neighborhood grocery

we also ran our asses off all day long
running wild
riding bicycles
swimming
playing games
playing sports

Republicans believe every day is the fourth of July! Democrats believe every day is April 15!

In today's world perverts are everywhere and children are kept indoors to protect them!

Democrats refuse to punish the perverts so children are imprisoned instead!

It is truly sad!

In all honesty, my litmus test is this...

If I  can't bench or squat my own bodyweight and can't do simple bodyweight workouts like 30 consecutive push ups, 10 unbroken pull ups or 35 straight air squats I need to step it up.

Teach your kids healthy eating habits and clear the junk out of your house.

P.S. cook your meals!

Sadie,

Yup...I would have to say meal prepping was a game changer for me.

I would have to say proper diet is 95 percent of the battle in reaching your fitness goals

As a child I never saw soft drinks at our house unless there was some sort of party but I see people pushing a grocery cart these days that`s half full of 20 oz. bottles of this sugar water. People guzzle this stuff at home as if they were drinking water. Mom and dad drink this stuff so they`re not in a good position to be telling little Madison and Hunter not to.

It's not about what you eat, but more about how much you eat.  I'm 5' 6"tall, the  most I ever weighed was 165#.  All my life I ate what I wanted, when I wanted.  but I ate in moderation.  Never took second helpings.  Kept my snacks to a minimum and mostly drink coffee...

So my answer to the topic's question.  I believe the increased obesity is due to Fast Foods and lack of exercise. Sitting down eating fast foods and playing video games, is an excellent way to obesity...
