Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

how do you broach to a family member, spouse, Significant other, good friend that their weight is unhealthy...

how do you broach such a topic?

The science of weight gain and/or loss is still in its infancy!

People's weight increases and decreases over time!

You also have to consider contributing factors such as diabetes!

Diet might or might not be the sole cause!

No one in my family is at an unhealthy weight, so the subject has never come up.

I would suggest never give a broach to a fat person.

i am not making fun of them just because I don't wanna bump no more with no big fat woman.  as Joe Tex so described in his classic disco era song.

some of the lyrics-

Lyrics
… I ain't gonna bump no more with no big fat woman
I ain't gonna bump no more with no big fat woman
I ain't gonna bump no more with no big fat woman
I ain't gonna bump no more with no big fat woman… More

the only time it became a subject was between me and my doctor.

I've been participating in triathlons for 30 years.  Cross trained all the time.  And the pounds still gained on me.  The doctor spoke to me about it, telling me I was approaching the new technical criteria for obesity. For a couple years, we agreed that my 5-6 day/week work out regimen made his/our concern less urgent.

Then last year, I had two close friends tell me they were diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.  Neither one was even close to being characterized as obese.

Then I had shoulder surgery that sidelined me for the first time, and I gained 10 pounds.  That was it.  I was not going to lose my ability to drink beer.

Down 25 pounds from my high weight.  It's been slow.  My workout regimen is back to 5, 6, 7 days a week.  Full blown gym rat these days.  In addition to getting in 5000 steps daily.

I took the advise I got from a program the health care insurance provided.  I haven't made drastic dietary changes...other than reading labels (there's a lot of sugar added to products), and measuring portions.  I do have a better understanding of sugars and carbs and those are the areas I have a seesaw battle with.

Now at a weight range I haven't achieved in 5+ years and the goal is to keep making small, incremental reductions.
