take it up with the IRS, shithead.  see, you right wingers go on your dumbass biased opinions, not facts.  facts scare you and get in the way of your dumbfuck bigotry.  like any of those articles explained IF YOU ACTUALLY COULD READ, the 6 million estimated illegals who have an ITIN so they can file a tax return do so in case they can ever apply for legal status they can prove how long they have been here, following our rules, even tax laws.  dumbass.  why do you refuse to read?  and the 47% who pay no income taxes still have to file a return, and the reason they do not have to pay taxes, a lot of them, is because of all the legal deductions they can take, which is more than the taxes they had withheld all year in many cases...i am not sure if illegals can take "legal" deductions, since they are here illegally, but the point is, lying ass, that only illegals would have the need to ask for an ITIN and the IRS says 6 million do so.
