Trump’s FBI director releases video saying he is ‘angry’ over ‘mind-boggling’ and ‘short sighted’ shutdown



Christopher Wray, handpicked by President Donald Trump to replace Jim Comey, has just publicly released a video expressing his anger over the federal government shutdown, while verbalizing his support and empathy for what his employees are having to go through.

Director Wray calls the shutdown, which was started by President Trump and supported by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, “mind-boggling” and “short-sighted.”

The Director tells agents and other employees, “It takes a lot to get me angry, but I’m about as angry as I’ve been in a long, long time.”
